LIV Golf - Dallas

LIV Golf needed to host a world class welcome party in Dallas that would bring together players, teams, investors, and high profile executives. The event had to showcase the league’s identity, create space for networking and celebration, and set the tone for the season ahead. The challenge: transform the Toyota Pavilion — 87,742 square feet — into a fully branded immersive environment in just ten days from sign off to show day.

WKND HRS took on full end to end production for the Dallas Welcome Party. Our team designed and executed a massive buildout that featured:

Thirteen experiential dual screen installations** across the pavilion Team hubs where players and executives could connect in their own branded spaces A trophy display highlighting the league’s prestige VIP hospitality with catering, bar service, and lounge areas Custom signage and screen graphics aligned with LIV Golf’s new look Security and high profile guest management ensuring a seamless experience for athletes, investors, and executives Full run of show production, coordinating every moment of the evening

All creative, logistics, and load in were completed in an accelerated ten day timeline.
